Alumna Nirmala Ramanujam, Interview on a Pandemic Punditry!

Alumna Dr. Nirmala Ramanujam (Class of ‘84) is a globally renowned leader in women’s healthcare. An innovator, entrepreneur and academic, she has earned a number of accolades, including Robert W. Carr Professor of Biomedical Engineering and faculty member in the Global Health Institute and the Department of Pharmacology & Cell Biology at Duke University, Director of the Center of Global Women’s Health Technologies (GWHT) and founder of Zenalux Biomedical Inc. and Calla Health. 

 

Having spent the last two decades conducting innovative research and developing precision diagnostics and precision therapeutics for breast and cervical cancer, with a focus on addressing global health disparities, Dr Ramanujam was invited to participate in an interview focused on innovation for ‘Pandemic Punditry’.
