GIS Alumni A-Level Scholarship
The school was established in 1951 by Mrs. Sally Watkins with one intention to provide students from all walks of life with the opportunity to receive a world class education.
In order to further realise this vision, Garden International School would like to introduce the GIS Alumni A-Level Scholarship. This scholarship is specifically designed to provide an opportunity for a deserving student, without the financial means, to join Garden International School for their A-Level studies. This scholarship is only open to students currently studying in a Malaysian local government school.
We would like to invite you, our Alumni, to make a contribution to this scholarship; to provide an opportunity for a student to experience GIS as you did.
With your support, we can change a child’s future together. Thank you for your involvement and making a change with us.
For more information, please do contact us at alumni@gardenschool.edu.my
At GIS, you received a world-class education that helped you realise your full potential. You left GIS with many wonderful memories as well as the qualifications and skills needed to success in a highly competitive world.
Many young people can only dream of having such an opportunity as a GIS education is beyond their means.
Today, you can make this possible by making a contribution.
Your support could make a difference in a child’s future.
The Alumni scholarship will offer a local student the chance to go through this same experience and I am pleased that this idea is mooted. This is the time for all Alumni members to support this initiative in whatever manner they can. It is one way for you to make a difference in the life of a local student because you, yourself, have benefitted from your time in GIS.”
We are confident that our alumni would want a deserving student from a local school to experience diverse and challenging life in GIS like how they did. Together, we can help fulfill our school vision which is “To Educate the youth of today and prepare them to take their productive place in the world tomorrow.
