Earlier this month, GIS Alumni from the class of 1989 gathered for a 30 year reunion! Around 60 people, including students and teachers, had a wonderful time catching up, meeting with old friends and sharing memories.
As well enjoying a delicious lunch together at the GIS campus, the group had the chance to stroll down memory lane. Teachers shared their memories from school life 30 years ago and our Alumni enjoyed looking at old school photos, report cards, uniforms and even badges! Together, the group helped to create a memory book which included recent photos as well as photos from their school days, as well as messages to each other.
Sincere thanks to the organising committee members for their thoughtful planning, and to all of the Alumni and teachers who came along and made it such a special event!
